You sent me the wrong parts that don't fit my car despite sending you all the car details now I have to pay for postage back to you when your man said it fitted my car it's a joke you can send the wrong parts even after giving you all my car details, it should be delivered back to you today which cost another £12 for postage so I'm £19 out of pocket because your bloke said it fitted my car!you need to be prompt with my refund as the garage has charged me more money for the repairs because you sent me the wrong parts
