When I ordered a replacement battery for my Powakaddy this item was sent with it but unfortunately it arrived damaged so I contacted Tayna and the item was replaced without any problems. Great service. good product and I will be using Tayne for all future battery requirements. .

4 stars because the holes for the bolts to hold it onto the battery are small and fiddly plus when this device is fitted to the battery it blocks off the use of the battery carry handles so they cannot be used. A simple slot in it would allow the handles to be used too.
