Had to cut in to the powercaddy adapter to fit the carrying handle, would have been better if this was already done otherwise no complaints.

Prompt efficient delivery. A few problems connecting up to the trolley fortunately we had help from my daughter (who has had a course in electronic engineering)as there were no paper instructions or invoice. Have since received invoice e-mail. A problem occurred on the golf course when the power failed but this was due to the 't-bar' connection slipping out. Now that has been resolved - no more complaints from my husband!!

the pricing was very good with easy ordering & delivery on schedule. Used the battery once so far for a quick 9 holes & it worked perfectly. Will need to try it over 36 holes to test if it lives up to its rating

No problem with the battery but the carrying handle is a bit of a a white elephant once the powakaddy adapter is fitted. A batterry this big needs a handle and Im sue one could be designed to fit from side to side as opposed to front to back.

Purchased two of the batteries for our golf trolleys, excellent value for money, paid a little extra for express delivery and they arrived the day after ordering, only time will tell if they will be good for 36 holes weather not good enough yet.
