This is the second time I have purchased a golf trolley battery from Tanya, the last time was nearly three years ago (just shows what good a good quality battery is produced by Lucas). I ordered the battery on a Friday afternoon and to my astonishment it was delivered the next day, thus enabling me to play on Monday. What excellent service.

I found it very difficult to fix the Torberry leads to the terminals of the battery. When I bought my previous battery from you some years ago, it came ready to use. Although your website gave impression that the new battery was identical to the previous one this is not the case and it isn't possible to properly fit my perfectly good existing battery cover on to the new battery.

As far as I can tell the battery is very good but as that is only after 1 round and 1 recharge so it is far too early to make a reasoned judgement. The ordering, information passing and delivery were definitely first rate.
