Excellent value for money delivery very prompt. My only issue is the parcel tracking service. It said my parcel was "delayed " and despite 3 e-mails to the carrier I received no response yet my parcel arrive 2 days before the expected delivery date!!!!. I am in Spain and this is now the 4th battery I have purchased from you. Very happy with product

My battery proved faulty after 8 months regular use. It was replaced swiftly under guarantee with no quibble or problem. Excellent service and the best value quality battery available anywhere. I have recommended it to members of my golf club who have bought from Tayna rather than elsewhere.

After something like 100/120 max.cycles, about 15 months use, battery wouldn't make a full round. Expected a lot better from this brand. This was after another battery, Lucas, was replaced under guarantee after about 9/10 months. Would not choose this brand again.

Good advice on battery replacement. Excellent next day delivery. Had to slightly bend my existing battery connectors to fit replacement battery but that was not an issue. Just used it today in 1 degree temp for 18 holes and it hauled a heavy golf trolley and bag. If it does a whole year I will be more than chuffed! Could only give 4 star rating as I have only used the battery once. Very happy with your company. David Legge Edinburgh.
