Unfortunately the battery supplied was defective on the first outing after being on charge for three days. Tanya were quick to uplift the unit and once they agreed it was defective, a full refund was forthcoming. They're excellent customer support saved the day. Hence the 4 star rating I shall continue the search for another brand of battery and would not rule out using Tayna again.
