Excellent, lightning-fast service; the direct replacement for my battery was out of stock, but Anne Taylor in sales identified an equivalent which was better, cheaper and available, and the two I ordered were delivered by 9 A.M. the following day. Their fit and operation is perfect. I have since reccommended Tayna to someone else who needs batteries. Companies like this who offer an intelligent phone sales section still give a service I find much more satisfactory than those limited to online ordering.
