Ordered battery as a replacement for my old one. Tanya were great but shame I cant say the same for the delivery company they used. It took 2 attempts to deliver, the first I waited 2 hrs for it to just disappear from their delivery schedule. Battery itself is fine and working well

Only issue i had was when I opened the box there were no user instructions and the Torberry lead was missing. However when I called your team was very helpful and advised on i igual charcuterie use and arranged for the lead to be sent with no charge. I would recommend that instruction to pre charge for 8 hours be placed with product rather than having to look up a web site f or battery care instructions.
