Originally sent the incorrect battery but when I called Tanya they immediately realised their mistake and despatched the correct barttery. This arrived the following day and they collected the incorrect one, great customer service. Well, apart from still closing at lunchtime! The battery is proving just as good as the its predecesor and I paid £80 for that one.
