Had to return this as it was far too heavy for the trolley. Unfortunately I have never had a refund as it was returned using Hermes and I couldn’t supply the name of who accepted it at reception.

My local Varta dealer - good batteries - closed & the nearest outlet is Sheffield, to far to see the product & decide. I had been searching the best battery & price for my needs. Usual internet search with variable results. I asked one company how recently their batteries had been manufactured, no reply until a brief `..they are new..` ! Tayna are completely new to me but fully deserve success as I ordered one day & I received my battery before 12 midday the next day, I paid a slight premium for the service. Overall delighted & I recommend Tayna.
