Easy online purchase process and good confirmation feedback on order status. The delivery tracking should be looked at to improve status accuracy confirmation of the time to expect delivery. Delivery should be quicker ie within two working days for such an important item relative to the product use.

Tayna, have always been great with me. Unfortunately, I believe the batteries supplied by Lucas, are just not up to what I need. I live a mile in any direction from my nearest shop, these Lucas batteries struggle getting me there and back within a month or two from being brand new. I have a Kymco Komfy 8. Which I purchased brand new, and is just 9 months old. In that time, I've gone through the batteries supplied with the scooter, and purchased 2 lots more from Tayna. I don't even live in a particularly hilly area, and I'm not obese. I'm saving toward a new mobility scooter (again) that can house batteries as big as a house, just so I can shop (essentials) for more than a 2-3 months before needing new batteries.

Hi GuYS These Batteries are being used in a 5inch electric locomotive. They are coupled together to give 24 volts supply to 4 traction motors and work a treat.
