The original item was out of stock. We was sent this as an alternative as advised by one of your sales team. The item was totally wrong. We was then re-advised and made a second order as time was critical. And no Tayna refuse to collect and refund the first order. We was ill advised by one of your team, in which are taking no responsibility for the mistake. Ultimately at my expense. We are a maintenance company who order a lot of batteries through the course of a year. We stumble across you guys online, and am very dissatisfied.
