Battery was an exact replacement for a battery I had been using regularly for over 10 years to power my 5inch gauge model of a Southern Railway Class 73 electric locomotive. The battery was delivered, within the time stated at the time of placing the order, well protected by thick foam plastic sheets in a robust cardboard box.
