Yuasa are a well known and respected company, and from previous dealings with Tayna Batteries I don't expect to have any problems. The price was competitive, the contact I had both by phone and email was a very good example of how customer relations should work but so rarely do. Delivery was exactly on time and the courier was both cheerful and helpful. I certainly am more than ready to complain about poor service, but this company are a pleasure to deal with.

Before ordering I spent much time researching terminal types, believing this to be critical. I thought such info on website a tad sparse, so phoned up, was re-assured, but even then sent a different type, but turned out not a problem.
