Bought this item after reading reviews. Also have bought batteries from Tayna many times. The jump starter didn't work 1st time i use it it got red hot and didn't work again. Returned and got my money back. No explanation from Tayna after testing the unit

5 stars for product ….3 stars for customer service …Excellent product ,and arrived on time , not tried yet but friends have …. Only problem when l looked at product on your website , it said comes with and showed photo of main power adaptor , but had to buy one separately, even though your operative said he would post one…, i rang 3 days later . Because it didn’t arrive , to be told it does not come with one …..????

Bought this as an emergency piece of kit to keep on my motorbike for mine or anyone else’s misfortune and to charge things like my helmet intercom whilst out and about. It’s already saved my bacon. Fantastic bit of kit and Tayna were great. Keen price and fast delivery. Brilliant

Compact and light with all the cables you could ever need and a super bright torch included. It will be nice when all these devices move from the rather fragile micro USB over to USB C for input charging though.

Excellent little gadget, comes with all you need to charge and leads to jump start a vehicle. Found this to be cheaper than from anywhere else. Quick and fast service, kept up to date on order/delivery etc. Used Tayna before and will continue to.

Great Motobatt quality! Superfast delivery. Perfect size for taking on the motorbike or in the car. All cables and clamps fit neatly into a small bag I've made. That would be my only criticism, that Motobatt missed a trick not providing one! My three classic motorbikes all have Motobatt as standard - one battery is 12 years old now, and still going strong! Will look at Motobatt when the car needs a new battery, too... I'm an addict to good quality, reliability and economy. Not cheap to buy, but outlast anything else I've used by a mile! I'd recently borrowed a large booster to get my bike started when the battery failed and thought, I really should have one of those. The battery was a Motobatt 8 years old no less!! Very impressed with how that lasted . Clearly the full size lead acid versions of boosters are not that easy to transport on a bike so I took a look at this one. Before fitting the new battery I tried this out. Now bearing in mind that the old battery didn't have enough to sound the horn after a full day on charge with this attached it started on the button as if there was nothing wrong. It's tiny, proper pocket size, the clips take up more space than the battery!! and so powerful. I will try it on a car one day but if it can crank a litre high compression sports bike like there's nothing wrong then a standard car engine shouldn't be an issue

Excellent product - light and compact: ideal for motorcycle jacket pocket or under the seat. Crocodile clips are strong...... only design change to the clips I would make is ability to have removable clips to enable the leads to be permanently connected to the bike battery - but apart from that, all good. Great service (delivery and price) from Tayna - best price and prompt delivery.... will be my “go to” supplier for all future needs ??
