The Battery was great ,fully charged on arrival, the Tayna Team were great,Chris and Dan were very helpful and knowlegeable. Unfortunately the courier YODEL delivered to the wrong address and instead of getting next day delivery i got expensive phone calls,the most annoying one being talking to an answer phone telling me my parcel has been delivered,there is no where on there web site saying click here for non delivery, and please contact Tayna its there responsibility,just get them to send you another one,very helpful

Very happy with the Numax brand so it was the only one I looked for. Second time I have used Tayna, great service and delivery. Ordered on line at 4pm and it was delivered next day at 9am. Fantastic! I will use them again and I am happy to recomend them.

I cannot fault it . The mower was difficult to start but the battery kept trying until the motor fired, which took some time.
