Tanya have been absolutely fantastic. The previous battery had been mishandled in transit resulting in spillage, which initially didn't seem to affect its performance, but after about a month it failed completely. I reported this to them, with photos of the battery as being removed from the packaging. They sent another battery immediately. Brilliant customer service ?
