Battery not received in fully charged state, only 12.4v, I had to charge it before use. Had the same with 2 leisure Batteries from Tayna before christmas 2021. I think QC is slipping a bit.

Battery fits in the space but the terminal posts are reversed. Both leads are long enough to reach but might be worth checking - I didn't! On the positive side (!) the mower started way easier than previously and now holds a charge between mowings.

Bought as a replacement for my ride-on lawnmower, which I had neglected to keep charged during the winter. Prompt delivery and good price. Time will tell how well it lasts. So why only 4 stars ? Packaging. Tanya, if you read these reviews PLEASE get your despatch department a proper hot wire expanded polystyrene cutter for your packaging rather than sending out messy broken/sawn stuff with crumbling edges which shed loads of little bits to blow around and stick to your clothing with static charge.
