Not used battery as yet,but the service from tayna,first class.arrived on time,I phoned with a question,no problem,charged battery for a couple of hours,it's now fully charged.would recommend.

Does the job really well and is an improvement on the old battery which in theory was rated higher. I received good advice from two sales reps, one by e-mail and the other over the phone - they were most helpful

Great company. Battery arrived next morning, about 16hrs after order. Good price. And was it packed well! As a comment about the battery itself, the Banner weighed over 4kg more than the old Avon leisure. Gotta be good! Buy from these people!
