Ordered 2 the same, one looked second hand and had a condition indicator, one looked new and didn't. The old looking one came in a box that was wet inside. Customer service didn't seem too bothered and said they're probably different batches. Haven't tried them yet as can't go anywhere in lockdown.

Great service great price and great battery I think the best value battery on the market, perfect for caravanning I use Inverter at night time and charge the battery during the day with a generator. I can go anywhere and have reliable electricity. Thanks Tayna for perfect service.
