Needed a replacement battery for the caravan as the old one had died. We were going away on the Saturday so ordering on Wednesday night was probably cutting it a bit fine. Nonetheless Tayna picked packed & shipped the battery on Thursday & it arrived safely Friday morning....I tried to charge it but found it to be fully charged already. Great product, great service.....5 stars

Great product, good price excellent communication from Tanya Let down by absolutely apalling service from courier, failed to deliver twice, lied about status and delivery time, eventually had to go and pick it up on a Saturday morning. Change your courier!

Was suppose to have sent this out & it wasnt sent on time, i had booked a week away in tourer caravan & needed the battery in time. Had to go else where & buy one as the battery didnt arrive on time but 5 days later.

Tayna processed and dispatched the battery as requested, delaying the shipping to suit me and even reduced the price slightly as I found this on eBay. Not the cheapest, but a model I know I can trust.

No Fuss, No worries. I Ordered the XV110MF battery which was delivered very promptly with absolutely no issues, the battery was delivered in perfect condition and after removing the vent plugs and coupling the battery up, well what can I say apart from 'SUPERB'. i could not have asked for a better service, and I would not hesitate to call Tayna for any future battery purchases. My experience with Tayna was simply faultless.
