As with all other batteries I have ordered from this company, it arrived next day (early) and was very securely packaged. It has worked perfectly so far and I fully expect it to continue to do so, although should there be any problems in the future, the warranty supplied is longer than that provided by my local motor factors, which is very reassuring.

Although the laptop I'm writing this review on is being powered by this battery I've only given it a 3 star rating as of course it's very early days yet! Certainly the service is 5 star and if the battery is still performing well after another 47 months then I'll be delighted to offer 5 stars all round. This is the second, maybe the third battery I'd had from Tayna recently in the last year or so.

Not only was the price very competitive on a quality product but I got a very prompt answer to a question and speedy delivery. The battery came very well packed, with full instructions for safe handling. Can't ask more than that! Would use again and highly recommend Tayna's service.
