Great Delivery. Initial concern over power rating when using mover for first time. After a week of charging the next usage seemed OK. Very responsive support. Time will tell if it is as good as the retiring Halfords leisure battery.

Great price for a quality leisure battery. Time will tell how long it lasts, but it should well outlast its 4 year warranty, if cared for and kept fully charged after use in our caravan.

My second of these leisure batteries. The first after 5 years is still okay, but needed an backup for a longer time than usual on a site without electrics. The old battery has suffered at least one occasion when the battery voltage dropped below the normally recommended level, but after a charge with a smart charger, appears to have recovered well. My queries before and after purchase were handled well. Recommend battery and service.

We bought this battery to replace the same model in our caravan. The previous battery had performed very well but as our van was in storage and relying on solar power we needed a back up as it was four years old and not holding charge quite as well as when it was new. I hope this battery performs as well as the previous one. We had limited time to fit the new battery due to access over the winter. We paid extra to have it delivered early, a Friday. On the day of delivery we received an email from DHL saying they could not deliver it as planned so it would be Monday. We contacted Tanya who said they would chase it. Despite having described our issue and the need for the battery Tanya simply sent on email to DHL. I phoned three times for twice for updates and even offered to phone DHL myself but was told my call would make no difference and they hoped to get a reply. Nothing happened until the delivery on Monday. We were disappointed that nothing more was done to chase the delivery, even for a Saturday, especially, as we had paid extra. We received no refund for the extra postage or an apology for late delivery. When the battery did arrive it was well packaged with clear instructions.

On your advice I charged the battery for 24 hours after it only got to 4 on the Ctek charger after 8 hours. It fully charged to 7 on the charger after 12 hours!! I am very pleased with the battery so far and your delivery and customer service are excellent.
