Excellent delivery arrangements - both in speed of response to order and arrival at my doorstep! Well packed with clear instructions. Needed a special size to fit the space for battery in my campervan and it hasn't been easy to find - but Tayna had two or three models I could have had. Battery charged and ready to go. The battery arrived exactly on the date and time notified by email and was very well packed and fully charged. It has been installed in my caravan and used for the first time this week to operate movers and general 12v items and works well. Tayna is very good company to deal with and should I need another battery they will be the company I go to first.

Although sold as maintenance free I was surprised to note that the battery was not a sealed unit however was assured by telephone that access plugs should have been glued and I was advised to fit vent pipes to allow safe evacuation of gases. The battery fitted easily where the previous elecsol battery had been and appears to be working well and charging via a solar panel. Our first trip out this year in the motor home is planned for the coming week. The battery was well packaged and delivery the day after ordering could not have been better

The Enduroline battery was the perfect physical size to replace my Elecsol 100. Although the terminals were opposite to my original battery it was possible to turn it through180° without any problems. With 4 years guarantee I am expecting it to remain trouble free for a quite some time. I would be delighted to recommend Tayna for their overall quality of service and value for money and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
