The battery was a direct replacement for one that had developed a fault. I also ordered a second one to increase my "off grid" time. Both batteries turned up next day, they were very well protected and securely packaged. I have not fitted the second battery yet but the quick release terminal clamps are of a type I have had before and am happy to use again. Top marks to Tayna for the pre purchase advice and speedy supply of my order. Thank you

I know the product well being very pleased with the one that the Germans built into our previous and this current caravan. So when that started losing a bit too much capacity it was IMO pointless looking for an alternative, "unknown". When it comes to buying then Tayna have supplied me and friends before with zero hassle, prompt delivery and sharp pricing; seemed pointless risking going elsewhere as things are hardly likely to be better on any score. Received it next morning and it was installed a hour later, minimum hassle, ideal.

Produits conformes à la description avec un emballage tip-top, carton épais bien solide avec une indication haut/bas pour les transporteurs et un cocon en polystyrène pour caler et protéger la batterie sur les six faces !!!
