Received very quickly & well packed. Cant say anything about the battery itself yet as I haven't installed it. Polite efficient phone staff. I'm about to order another battery from them even though I found the same product about £4 cheaper elsewhere as I feel comfortable with the very good service.

I am very disappointed. - Very poor package, it's is a miracle that battery doesn't came totally broken. -Battery has been delivered completely dead . 10 Volts. I had to fully recharge it.

I haven't used this battery yet but this is the third Numax battery I have purchased from Tayna my oldest one is 3 1/2 years old and still going strong, so I am expecting this battery to be as reliable, delivery was fast as usual

Battery seems fine, delivery was good, only concern was the packaging. The battery was in a box with egg cartons, there was no rigid base and proved very cumbersome to carry, to the point of the battery falling out of the bottom of the box a possibility. I've ordered of Tayna a few times now but can't recall the others with such poor packaging.

A time of purchase these batteries were out of stock and you supplied an Exide with a larger 135AH capacity and a longer guarantee so many thans for the sound advice.

delivered on time and is fitted to the boat and so far as worked as expected. although it did not actually state on the battery that it was a 120 Ah but as I said so far it has done what I expected it to do thank you

I received Battery promptly upon order but on inspection of Battery I found it to be barely half charged at 4.1 volts, dangerously near when sulphation starts. Before ordering the Battery I was told upon asking that they came fully charged and ready to go.

Battery is very good however the Delivery Company did not deliver on the day they said. Their site stated they had tried to deliver but I was in all day and no card was left to say they had been. It was however delivered the day after!
