Bought this leisure battery via eBay for my Mazda Bongo. Delivered a couple of days later, as advised by the DHL/Tayna communications. Very well protected during transit, in a special sealed bag housed in protective polystyrene with a cardboard outer box. Voltage okay at 12.55v upon delivery but I took The precaution of fully charging prior to use. Vent tube supplied FOC so that was a nice little extra. This is NOT a maintenance free battery so will required regular topping up. Caps a little tricky to remove and you should really use the correct (expensive) Banner tool. In reality, a big washer works quite well and I welded one to a ‘tee piece’ to make this job easier. If you are fitting this battery to a Bongo, it’s as big as you can go at 354mm long and you will have to adapt any existing battery tray if a smaller battery has been used previously. All in all, a great, high quality battery and excellent service from Tayna. Many thanks.

Battery does what it say on the tin, fits perfectly in my caravan, and drives the caravan mover perfectly, my van now has a solar panel on the roof, so keeping the battery well charged while of grid is a doddle. Had last Banner battery for ten years, only let me down because I forgot to check the fluid levels and the battery was very low on fluids, my fault the battery failed not Banners.

The product arrived well packaged. I was not impressed with the courier who delivered to the wrong address left it outside and signed my name as receiving. This is fraud but I have not had a response from DHL

Cant complain about the battery or the helpful customer service when i phoned tayna for advice. My only complaint was the delivery. The driver obviously didnt read the box which clearly stated the item should be kept flat. When i received the delivery, the box was soaking wet and upon inspection the battery had leaked and all the cells were bone dry. Had to buy a bottle of de ionised water to top them up

Excellent delivery service from Tanya, however very disappointed with these batteries. Bought 2 of these as leisure batteries 4 years ago for my Knaus motorhome. I’ve just had to replace them as they gassed off to such an extent that they were almost dry and wouldn’t hold a charge after being topped up. Very difficult to check fluid level, need to make special tool to open, difficult to see fluid level through case when in situ. Replaced with Varta LDF9’s as recommended they don’t gas like the Banners.
