Ordered on Thursday expecting next day delivery as mentioned on website. Got an email from carrier saying they had got it, it then disappeared. Contacted Tanya on Monday, finally got it on Tuesday. If we had been going away on the Saturday, which we often do, we would have been stuck!

Purchased this as an exact replacement to that already fitted. On removal found that the battery fitted is only 10m old so very concerned now re: quality. Hopefully review gets read and warranty honoured as I’m eager to get some reassurance now…
