PROS: Bought twice before from Tayna, so didn't hesitate to purchase again, Excellent battery & quick supply & delivery. CONS: Battery was significantly more expensive than a few months ago, & on previous enquiry before first purchased battery, customer service responded to my message (several weeks later). OVERALL: Great product, no issues,& would order same item from Tayna again.

Great service. Next day delivery as promised. I now have 2 of these in the motorhome connected to a solar panel. They appear to be working well but only time will tell.

My batteries were packed were packed to perfection! Transit plugs installed, sealed in a vaccuum packed plastic bag then wrapped in foam padding, before being placed in a well-padded box and sealed up. Can't fault the packaging, Excellent job! Ordered 2 batteries online for next day delivery before 12, sadly they came around 14:00 which was disappointing as I'd paid extra for this. But not Tayna's fault as it clearly showed before 12 on the packaging (blame the couriers for this). The batteries were to replace the two I have in my van (mobile office) which both failed after 4 years of daily use. I was only expecting them to last 1-2 years, so pleasantly surprised that they lasted so long. Well happy with the batteries hence I bought them again.
