I required a battery for my caravan both to provide power for internal 12v requirements and for a motor mover fitted, as previous batteries purchased from caravan outlets that were recommended for the job had proved to be unsuitable. On arrival the battery showed an output of 12.5v and on checking with tayna they felt that it was OK to put straight onto the caravan and let the internal charger boost it up. After one week it was up to 13v output and i tested the motor mover without any problems at all. I then removed the battery and have put it on a proper sealed battery charger to get it up to full charge, something which should have been recommended from the start. Overall i am very happy with the level of knowledge i received before the purchase and feel confident at last that i have a battery on my caravan that i can rely on and am happily satisfied.

Great service. The battery arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Extremely well packed. Appeared fully charged and lost no volts at all in the first week on the bench. Now installed in my motorcaravan and ran my Eberspacher diesel heater without any problem. However the delivery driver ignored the "keep upright" arrows on the box and arrived at my door with the box, under his arm, at an angle. Luckily the battery is sealed and as I said before the delivery packing was excellent. Many thanks.

No problem with the battery or your quick service, just the usual with delivery, knew it was due to arrive between 9 and 5, had to stay in all day, and hover near the front of the house as door bell broken!!! actually arrived at 4.40 thanks.

If the battery turns out to be as good as the last one, and as good as the service from Tayna Batteries, I will be well pleased. I used the Numax charger to keep the last one in tip top condition and it paid off. Oh, I sold the last battery with the caravan, in case you wondered why I needed a new one.
