First,what an excellent service!Ordered about 2p.m. and delivered before ten the next day. First outing in caravan,battery performed faultlessly.I needed a bigger battery,as van has mover fitted.This battery fits Bailey battery box. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was not happy one bit after giving all my critical battery measurements to the kind lady on the phone when the batter arrived it was 20 mm to high and has resulted in having to totally redisign my battery box cover with additional costs I did not need, I should have really sent the battery back but what hassle would that have been.

I contacted Tayna direct for advice on which battery would be ok for my caravan, they certainly know their products, I ordered it at 10am and it arrived the next day at 2pm, and it was very secure in the packaging, I recommend Tayna to anyone wanting to purchase a battery for any application.

Pretty simple review from me....ordered four CXV30HMF batteries and they arrived as promised. Very helpful staff and even the delivery driver was more than helpful. Cant yet comment on performance but will do later. Blockley, Woodford Green Essex.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Although the battery did not arrive on schedule (due to the inability of the carrier to overcome some minor snowfall), I was assured that this would not affect the battery condition. Upon arrival, the goods were in excellent condition and very well packed and protected. I will certainly use Tayna in the future and recommend their services.
