Battery arrived within 24 hrs, had to ring customer service on a Saturday morning, (I misunderstood the instructions on removing the transit plug) helped me out straight away, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot, great customer service, will deffinatly use then again ?

Arrived next day, even though I did not pay the extra charge. The Tayna web site stated 'sealed battery' but it has plugs to check the acid level and 'top up' Tayna say that it still classed as 'sealed' There is no label statng 'class b', but the NCC web say it is. Battery fine so far. Communication with Tayna excellent.

Needed a replacement for my 7yr old leisure battery and Tayna popped up in the search. Good price and excellent delivery, ordered Weds p.m & arrived the following day. Battery was well packaged with instructions......don't forget to remove the travel plug ! Really pleased and would definitely use Tayna again.

ordered to replace a banner battery which had lasted 4 years. This one was delivered packaged as you would expect from a battery containing acid. One point to remember is to remove the vent plugs on either side before fitting which has a placard on the battery to remind you. Easy to fit and there is no topping up of the electrolyte in use which is great. Very happy with the purchase.

This was a replacement for a battery which I had ordered suing a previous receipt from my local shop to state the size that I wanted. The receipt stated the wrong size. when I received the wrong one I phoned Tayna who immediately said they would replace it and the replacement arrived next day. Excellent service, thank you

Battery and prompt delivery very good , BUT! Battery is a leisure battery and needs a breather elbow to connect to existing pipe but not supplied! Told it was a separate order when I called, should at least be offered as optional extra!
