A first class service & a first class product, although I thought the battery would come fully charged? As it was it took 24 hours to bring it up to full charge. Other than that I'm well pleased (so far)!

No problems, packaging a bit scruffy, but did the job and considering the low price overall, would rather have this than pay more for specially designed packaging. The detail provided on the website ensured we got an exact replacement for the old battery.

I didn,t place my order till 7.30pm but the delivery was made within 36hrs which I thought was very good service.Can't comment on the battery yet as I havn'tv used it although I bet it will be as good as the delivery service.
