I needed one of these for the LTC Taxi that I own, these are fitted as standard, or were fitted as standard as I believe this battery is to be discontinued? I had previously bought one of these in 2010 from the dealer which cost around £220 pound so was happy to see Tanya were selling it for £60.00 less several years later! I ordered the battery on the Friday morning and it was delivered on the Saturday morning which was great although it was left at a neighbours as I am in bed during the day. The neighbour disappeared for some time so I was unable to get it from them until the Wednesday so it's just as well I wasn't desperate for it. The Battery was well packed in a cardboard box and was shrink wrapped with tough polythene around the battery and has plastic caps over the terminal posts. The battery that was in the taxi has lasted 67 months and 180,000 miles and was still working so I have a lot of faith in these batteries. I can highly recommend Tanya and Optima

This cleared up a problem I've had for ages, I hope this battery lasts longer than the last optima yellow top which didn't quite make it through a year. Sadly this is the only battery that fits my taxi... Great price and service from Tayna I will highly recommend them for both.

Just fitted this battery into my Mk4 Escort,as I'm running a powerful sound system and had to replaced my Optima Red top battery as well I'm very pleased with the results and recommended the Yellow top YTS 4.2 battery to anyone who is building big sound system in their car

The Yellow top battery is great. I used one of these many many years ago in my Ford Series1 RS Turbo when I was running 2.5 Kw worth of amplifiers, and it did the job. My recent purchase of this current Yellow top is for a modified TVR 4.0HC Chimaera, which obviously sits around for long periods of time, which kills standard lead acid batteries, so this battery was a must for me. Car cranks and starts 1st time every time. Thoroughly recommend. There is a slightly more powerful version available, but chose this battery as it gives a little more room above the battery terminals when fitted into the battery box in the passenger foot well.

Not impressed with Optima batteries not long after the guarantee expired so did the battery. Would not buy another Optima. Over priced for what it is.
