Battery was excellent and replacing like for like as they are so reliable. Used Tayna for many batteries but it was a shame that the delivery was so poor. The delivery company couldn't care less even after I'd rang twice and waited over forty minutes trying to work out what the driver had done. He had left it outside the back of the house, outside a locked gate on a very busy road and it was sat there for two hours until I by chance went out in the dark to put my rubbish out. There is a school right opposite and anyone could have picked it up. During the delivery expected time I was out the front of the house waiting for my delivery, the front of the house is on a totally different road to the back of the house. Still to this day the delivery firm haven't got back to me to tell me where the battery was left. ?. Tayna batteries are excellent though, just sort out the delivery companies.

Excellent Service and Delivery. Battery is for Caravan, and would liked to see actual Category (Class A, B, or C) in description.. Only found out after delivery. Really wanted B, but got C. Not really Tanya fault, but ASK.

Replaced 10 year old Platiinum Leisure battery with similar product and hoping for another decade of reliable service. Very slightly concerned that Tayna staff are unable to decipher their own date codes on the batteries.

I specifically chose this battery because it is the same as the battery it replaces which has lasted 10 years and given sterling service in my caravan. If this battery gives similar service I will be very happy!! I should also mention how impressed I was with Tayna Batteries. I ordered online after 2.00PM on one day and the products were delivered around lunchtime the following day.
