Despite cancelling the goods due to poor delivery company driver stating that they couldnt find our property and made no attempt to contact. The battery turned up the next day by a different driver who stated it was easy to find our property. I told this driver that i had cancelled the goods so he kept it and drove off. One week lster i was amazed to see the parcel had been left outside our property. I cant be bothered to email any more so it is still sat on our door step.!! I have used Tayna before and always have received good products. It is the courier company that has let them down or one driver who couldnt be bothered.

DPD botched two deliveries and then delivered goods badly damaged in transit that leaked acid everywhere.. They admit they were at fault but will take no responsibility whatsoever. Shameful! Avoid them. However, Tayna stepped up though it was not their fault, had a replacement battery delivered the next day - by another courier - and are arranging to collect the leaking battery and the dead original. Great customer service, which makes DPD look even worse.
