Excellent next day delivery from Tayna. Email received about 8am with 1 hr delivery slot and they arrived at the beginning of that. Well packaged product with clear instructions. Removed packaging, bag and travel "plugs", checked and charged. Used for sheep shearing (saves having to have pickup next to shearing area with bonnet up). I just pop some bluetack over the travel plug holes whilst I wheelbarrow to/from location then remove it, and for charging/storage.

The batteries are just as expected (exact replacements of the old ones), so no surprises. Tayna were excellent in communication and despatch. UK Mail, the couriers, were unbelievably bad. I arranged time off work, to be home at the notified time of delivery. No delivery was made. I phoned them, to be told that delivery had been 'attempted'. It had not (I was in for the whole hour, and there was no attempted delivery note: I suspect they tried the wrong address). I then had to drive 30 miles to pick it up myself the next day. This involved joining a queue of similarly irate UK Mail customers. I felt sorry for the one chap on reception, who had to take all the hassle (and some verbal abuse from some customers). All managers were, apparently, "in a meeting", and could not speak to customers. Absolute shame on the UK Mail managers. In short, I will not use Tayna again if they continue to use UK Mail.

I BOUGHT THIS BATTERY FOR MY 1956 AUSTIN FE LORRY. IT TURNED THE ENGINE OVER VERY FAST, AND THE LORRY STARTED AFTER A FEW SECONDS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT.

this product was exactly as described well packaged so no spillages. Put it on the caravan and it powered the motor mover no problem. Well worth the money and at least £30 less than go outdoors and caravan dealers. Will certainly use this company again.

It's big , it's heavy, it's packed with power. It's a little heavier than my 80 amp leisure battery,but considering it's almost 50% more capacity, it's great. The price is fantastic and delivery unbelievably quick . Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday. That's great service. 5 stars for the battery, and 5 + for service.
