The only reason for less than 5 stars s because the case style was not as shown in the picture [only one handle]. The delivery was fast and contacting a live customer services person to talk to made a nice change.

Super fast delivery - well packaged. Rather amusing the instructions on the vacuum sealed packaging stating 'Open IMMEDIATELY' - ah well, no good for a Christmas present then! But seriously, a good product, a friend who knows a thing or two about batteries was suitably impressed by these LV26MF ones. And as I'm using them in series-parallel for 24v, my 20A 24v charger is spot on at 10% of capacity. Will use Tayna for my next purchase of similar product, no doubt at all.

If anything the service was too good. By the time I read the email requesting that I ensured the details of the battery I had ordered were correct, the battery was already in despatch, so if I had had a problem, it would have been too late to rectify it. Otherwise an excellent service.

Great company to deal with will certainly do business with them again the delivery of my lesure battery was very quick near enough next day this was due to the courier company having to cancel my delivery on the said day but was still quick in delivering and was kept informed were my delivery was .
