This is the third battery purchased from Tanya, previously batteries delivered next day as promised, but on this occasion UK MAIL failed to deliver next day, (returned to depot at 12.00 ????) However will use TAYNA again. Good batteries at an excellent price delivered.

For the battery itself: 5 stars ! Minus 1 because the deliverytime was not what was promised. On the other hand I've time, so... A question/ I have a battery charger'Cartec 16 5A/8A'. The fuse was damaged and I replaced it. I tested it without a connection to the battery (conectors free). At 5A it was 10.8 volt, at 8A it was 11.8, Can I use this charger, or is it damaged ?

Ordering was very straightforward. The price was right and the delivery was very fast. The battery was well protected in transit with egg cartons and arrived safe and sound. It works very well and hopefully will continue to do so for several years.

Battery delivered on the stated day. It was very well packed, with a strong clear polythene bag to contain any acid leaks (there were none) and clever use of egg boxes for shock-absorbing.

service very good from you but your delivery service let you down.I waited in all day only to see on delivery tracking they said they had called left card and no one in .I WAS IN ALL DAY.But cant fault your sevice.

For me, quality of service is more important than price. My 5 stars is given for the exceptional service combined with the lowest price and next day, well packed delivery. Only suggestion would be to offer more payment options (although method used was fast and secure).
