I have bought batteries from Tayna in the past. I bought two of these to replace the old batteries in my Campervan. The price seemed good, and they arrived promptly. However when I tested the voltages, one of them only read 11.3v. I immediately contacted Tayna who apologised and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent next-day delivery, and they picked up the faulty one. The replacement was fine and I was impressed with Tayna's apology and response
