Very good batteries. Disappointed to have paid for express delivery but not getting it although once pointed out to Tayna a refund of the express delivery charge was reimbursed quickly.

product arrived day after order placed,excellent service.as product was delivered to my workplace I was disappointed that the carrier did not ask for me personally,my name was on the address label,nor did they get a signature for the delivery of the goods.I appreciate that is outside the control of Tayna but if I were of the devious nature as are some people I could have claimed the goods had never arrived and nobody could have proved otherwise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tayna to others and would use again in the future should the need arise.

Ordered at 1500 hours; delivered the following day at 0800 hours. Just can't be faulted - Amazon have a lot to learn! The batteries, exactly as descibed and ordered, well packed and arrived in tip-top shape. Can't really comment on the products -they work and if as good as the service, I will have no wories Thank you; I know where to come for my next and will certainly recommend.

Brilliant service from Tanya, ordered the battery in the morning, it was delivered before lunch the next day. It was also packed very well.The only thing I would have liked is the small breather elbow supplied so that I could fit a small pipe to vent below the floor of the motorhome

Two batteries arrived next day, very well packaged. They look professional, and were easy to fit in my motorhome (despite being a different shape to the old ones) because they have pre-drilled screw fixings in the battery casing. Only four stars - depends how well they last.
