This leisure battery was for a camper van and I bought in on recommendations on websites and forums and I have not been disappointed. The battery charges easily putting no strain on the charging system, both on the alternator, solar and mains and holds its charge well. It is happy to deep cycle and because of its ease of charging, it quickly recovers. Graded by the NCC as ‘B’ for occasional off-grid use, having used it now for six months of heavy use off-grid use, I would grade it as ‘A’ (I know there has been suggestions of commercial bias within the NCC recently). Tayna Batteries are a very good company to deal with; excellent prices, extensive range and very speedy delivery - buy with confidence.

EFB batteries are an enhanced version of standard wet-flooded technology. The primary benefits of EFB technology are improved charge acceptance and greater cyclic durability. As the power supply unit/battery charger in my motorhome is designed to charge “wet” batteries 14.2V max., this L36 is an ideal upgrade from the Yuasa battery fitted at build (December 2015.) The unit I removed has served me well and although I don’t do a great deal of “off grid” quite often I have been without a hookup in a ferry port overnight. The service and price from Tayna is 5 star, 10/10???
