Excellent Company, good communication and products. Unfortunately they were let down badly by Hermes their carrier on this occasion. However, I trust Tanya as a suppier.

Having compared prices I found Tanya to be as competitive as any so I ordered two batteries on a Wednesday and had an immediate acknowledgement of order via email. On Thursday I had an email informing me that they hoped to despatch that day. On Friday I had an email stating what time they would be delivered that day. They arrived on time very well packed surrounded by polystyrene in a strong cardboard box. Being made by Lucas I am sure the batteries will serve me well and you cannot beat that for good service.
