i was well impressed with the excellent service and advice received from tayna, namely Jo and Simon. cannot rate them and tayna highly enough. being disabled from a stroke, and in a wheelchair, i rang the W/C manufacturer for advice only to be told they were too busy, but would send out an engineer for £50.00 call out!!! i will come back to tayna everytime in future. it's reassuring to receive such good service nowadays. long may you continue. with many many thanks, janette.
