bought 2 of these batterys for my house alarm and my parents house alarm..exsacly the same as what was in there but a different colour the one that i took out lasted 19 years if i get anywhere near that i will be pleased ,it took 5 mins to fit and ordered them on the thursday afternoon and arrived on the friday morning at 8.00am....cant get better than that...proper service and spot on ,a very rare thing to have nowadays...well done TAYNA BATTERIES

The battery is good. Tayna delivery performance very bad. Tayna made a mistake with the order and sent the wrong battery. Telephoned to report they had sent the wrong battery but before the correct one was sent photos of the received battery had to be emailed and the then collection for return arranged. Due to this delay the engineer booked to fit the battery had to be changed. Ordering from Tayna proved an expensive choice.

Delivered wrong battery. By the time I had contacted Tayna batteries and tried to convince them that they had sent the wrong battery, and then had to send the requested photos of the battery sent in error then,wait for them to agree they had sent the wrong battery, wait for details how to return the wrong battery they sent and then wait for the correct battery to arrive The ADT alarm engineer booked had kept his appointment to service our alarm system and had to replace the batterry I was still waiting for from Tayna. Proved to be a very expensive excercise.
