I ordered two of these batteries after doing a google search to find a good price, I had not heard of this company before but it had good reviews. The batteries arrived the next day and fitted perfectly into my mobility scooter to replace worn out Lucas batteries . I will defiantly use them again

The item came on time and was ok, the chap on your customer service telephone was rude, arrogant and was rushing me to get off the phone, I requested a link to return the item as it was the wrong one ordered and was promised I would receive an email with it but didn't, I had to ring back again next day and spoke to a nicer gentleman who helped me out and did finally sent the link by email.. I'm sorry I did t take the first chaps name whom I spoke to I was more surprised about his ignorance..apart from that all went well. Thank you.

Saw these batteries at a reduced price, made the difference of keeping an older mobility scooter in use as opposed to scrapping it. Great service, price and delivery. Having more than one mobility scooter, will use them again as my first choice.

I would recommend any power chair users to try these replacement battery's before paying the prices of scooter manufacturers replacement batteries. The fit was perfect, and the recommended charging times observed. I charge up each time the scooter is used. "Proof of the pudding is in the eating" Old Timer.
