Wow I'm impressed! Tanya Batteries will now be my goto vendor for 12V batteries - great price and fantastic delivery experience. Easy selection on the website and very clear specs on the battery I wanted - was for a specific use with an electric trolling motor on an inflatable dinghy.

The battery I am still not quite sure manages as well as I might have expected but, that said, I never drain a battery anyway. I did notice though that after around 10 miles it was well into the yellow. This could, of course, be totally normal and personally, I always carry spares anyhow.

Unfortunately I can't review the product as it wasn't compatible with my ancient wheelchair. What I can review is the awesome service I received from the staff at Tayna. From my first enquiry to the delivery of the batteries, everything was fast and efficient. When I had to return the batteries, customer services were very helpful and helped me with the return process. My money was reimbursed very quickly. Nice to have such good service. After my initial delight at the super fast delivery, next day, I have to report on the poor performance of your batteries compared to the previous ones. The scooter seems less powerful on hills & more importantly the range, manufacturer states 22 miles no one expects to get that but 50 to 60 % I did expect. Your batteries last for 8 miles, measured by GPS, very disappointing indeed & not much use. It would appear that cheapest is definitely not the best & the old adage still applies, the heavier the battery the better the quality, more lead. Yours are 2lbs lighter each one, so to sum up, not good.
