Overall poor service. Was sent completely the wrong battery. Didn’t believe CCBme on the phone, had to prove that with a photo. Replacement battery arrived quickly, but delivery driver would not take away wrongly delivered battery. Waited 3 days for old one to be collected. Poor service!

It is the correct battery for my bike, my old battery fits perfectly with no clearance but the new battery is 1 or 2mm taller and it doesn't fit in the space allocated on my bike so I have to leave it out in the storage part next to where the battery should sit.
