New laws dictated that the battery came ready filled with acid.This was OK other than (due to a bank holiday) it was in transit for over 4 days. Result was that battery needed a full 12 hour charge before it could be used. At least, coming ready filled, negates the requirement to find acid and fill yourself. Battery was also much cheaper than M&P gel type battery.
