Quality battery. I had ordered another one but it was out of stock. Cust service were bang on and emailed right away but like a muppet I didn't see it right away. But once I confirmed I was happy with swap then this showed up a day or two later. Does the job. Bike booted up perfectly and no drama at all.

Delivered well packaged albeit all the acid had come out of the battery but was contained in the plastic packaging. So had to refill battery and fully charge. I think UPS had played football with this parcel. I had ordered another battery by mistake of which was refunded minus £10 for collection plus delivery charge for this one which both were done at the same time so thought that cost was a bit steep.

Bought this battery in the basis that it was `good value`. It lasted around 18 months before dying (probably because I haven't ridden by bike enough and not charged the battery enough. So I bought another and we'll see how it fares with a proper charging regime. Always like the service I get from Tayna, but, and I'll say this again, there has to be alternatives to the huge amount of expanded polystyrene used to package the batteries for transport. Not acceptable in this day and age.
